Lucy Ameh
Lucy Ameh is a Nollywood actress and business woman who became popular after starring in "Braids on a Bald Head" in 2010. Born in Kaduna, she started acting right from tender age at her church. Her breakthrough performance as the titular character in the 2021 Netflix original film, "Amina", earned her renewed fame in the industry and several accolades. Lucy Ameh plays the role of Jummai in "The Other One".
Character Bio
Jummai is an attractive, ebony, voluptuous and talkative lady in her late 30’s from the Northern part of Nigeria who has spent most of her adult life estranged from her wealthy birth family and home in the city of Abuja, due to her love for and subsequent marriage to Jidechi, an Igbo man. A successful On Air Personality, Jummai is dedicated to her family, is best friends with her daughter, and relies on the love and support of her husband, Jidechi. However, her fame puts everything she holds dear at risk when an obsessed fan abducts her on her way back from work.
